Pricing and availability
Suite availability, floor plan dimensions, programs and monthly rates are subject to change without notice. Care level pricing is determined by a nurse assessment.
Licensing
Star Living Care LLC operates as a Licensed Assisted Living Facility under the Minnesota Department of Health, under Minnesota Statutes Chapter 144G, HFID/ALF License #425745. Services, service plans and rates are described in our assisted living contract, which is available for review before signing, along with the Home Care Bill of Rights and the Uniform Consumer Information Guide.
